Hutchison cleared to take over 100% of Wind Tre

Vodafone India completes merger with Idea Cellular

(Telecompaper) Vodafone Group has announced the completion of the merger between Vodafone India and Idea Cellular, first announced in March 2017, after receiving all regulatory approvals. German regulator says no to mandatory roaming in 5G licences

According to the terms of the auction seen by the paper, the Bundesnetzagentur also decided not to make nationwide coverage mandatory with the new frequencies, as the bands are not suitable, it said. ZTE posts H1 loss of CNY 7.8 bln as revenues fall 27%, sees return to profit in Q3

Sony updates flagship smartphone with OLED screen, AI features
